It isn't at the boardwalk though. I have found the best deals for price and value to be at Trump Marina. It is a good quality place for the price you pay (get deals through orbitz or other travel sites). Another one not quite on the boardwalk though. As far as being on the boardwalk, I think Tropicana is cheap while still have nice accommodations. In my experience, the Borgata is the best place to stay since that Casino seems to be the nicest.
